Entrepreneurs take to Lambeau Field to pitch local companies

While the Green Bay Packers practiced across the street, entrepreneurs took to Lambeau Field on Wednesday and for them, it was game on.

Alex Polyakov, co-founder and chief executive officer of Philadelphia-based Livegenic, was in Boston meeting with a customer when he learned he’d been accepted to present at OnRamp Green Bay, an event that connects entrepreneurs and established companies.

Polyakov drove to New York, and grabbed the first flight he could find to Wisconsin. The prize: four insurance companies — American Family,AssurantJewelers Mutual and Northwestern Mutual — who were willing to hear Polyakov’s presentation about how his start-up could help them connect all of the parties in their claims systems together.
